The Board of Directors for the Charlottetown Curling Club invites members to attend the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 10:00 am in the Southport Room of Stratford Town Centre, 234 Shakespeare Drive, Stratford, PEI.
The agenda will include receipt of reports from the President and Treasurer for the 2022 fiscal year, including a statement of the financial affairs of the Club; and the election of Officers and Directors. The Board will also update members about the status of the construction of a new curling facility in Stratford. Light refreshments will be served.
All are welcome; however, members who purchased a membership for the special meeting in March 2021 or for the AGM in November 2021 will considered current members in good standing for voting purposes.
